Terms of Service

What We Do — And What We Don't Guarantee

Services rendered through this portal include hoarding abatement, biohazard remediation, debris removal, decontamination, and related site-clearance work. Every job is accepted on an as-is, where-is basis. The condition of a property at the time service commences is the baseline. The Company makes no representation that any property will meet any habitability, structural, or code standard following service completion.

Pricing estimates are based solely on information the client provides before a site assessment. Scope changes discovered on-site alter cost.

Liability — Read This Before You Schedule Anything

hoardingcleanupcolumbusin.com and all affiliated service providers assume zero liability under the following conditions:

Pre-existing structural damage.Foundation cracks, compromised flooring, rotted subfloor, load-bearing deterioration, mold intrusion behind walls, or any other structural defect discovered during or after cleanup operations is entirely the property owner's responsibility. The Company did not cause it and is not liable for it.
Undisclosed biohazards, chemical contamination, or biological agents. If a client fails to disclose — or is unaware of — the presence of methamphetamine residue, sharps, unknown chemical agents, asbestos-containing materials, or any biological hazard not identified prior to service commencement, the Company bears no liability for any resulting harm.
Authorized disposal of client property.Any item removed, discarded, destroyed, donated, or otherwise disposed of pursuant to express client authorization during the cleanup process is gone. The Company accepts no claim for the loss of any item the client authorized for removal. Clients are responsible for identifying and segregating items they wish to retain before work begins.

These exclusions are not negotiable. No verbal statement by any field crew member or representative of the Company modifies them.

IDEM Compliance

All biohazard remediation and waste disposal operations adhere to applicable regulations issued by the Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM). Waste streams generated during service — including biological materials, contaminated debris, and chemical residues — are handled and transported in accordance with IDEM standards for hazardous and special waste. Clients may not instruct field crews to deviate from IDEM-compliant disposal procedures. Any such instruction will be refused and documented.

Client Obligations Before Service Begins

You are required to disclose all known hazards on the property before the scheduled service date — including known or suspected mold, pest infestation, animal remains, drug manufacturing residue, weapons, sharps, or any stored chemical. Failure to disclose shifts liability entirely to you for any resulting injury, property damage, or regulatory violation.

You must ensure unobstructed access to the property at the scheduled time. If you are not the property owner, you must obtain written permission from the owner before scheduling. The Company reserves the right to request proof of authorization before commencing any work.

Promotional Vouchers and Gift Cards

Any promotional voucher, discount code, or gift card issued in connection with hoardingcleanupcolumbusin.com carries a cash value of $0.00 and is completely non-refundable under any circumstance. Vouchers may not be exchanged for cash, applied as credit toward future services outside their stated terms, or transferred to another party. All promotional instruments are completely void within the State of California and may not be redeemed by any California resident or for any service delivered in California.

Payment and Disputes

Payment terms are established at the time of scheduling confirmation. Work does not commence until payment arrangements are confirmed. The Company reserves the right to halt service mid-project if payment obligations are not met according to agreed terms. Chargebacks initiated without prior good-faith dispute resolution through the Company's dispatch line are considered a breach of these terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Any dispute arising from use of this portal or services rendered through it shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Bartholomew County, Indiana. You waive any objection to that venue. The Company may update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of this portal after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
